Chicken Nuggets with Cranberry Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
For nuggets:
11 oz (300 g) chicken breast
2 eggs
4 oz (100 g) flour
4 oz (100 g) breadcrumbs
sweet paprika to taste
salt and pepper to taste
For cranberry sauce:
5 oz (140 g) cranberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 cinnamon stick
How to do:
1. Wash chicken breasts and remove excess fat. Cut the fillets into slices and mince.
2. Add sweet paprika, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste. You can add other favorite spices if you like.
3. Beat the minced meat well so that it becomes denser and more uniform and the nuggets do not disintegrate during cooking. To do this, remove all the minced meat from the bowl with your hands. Now, while holding the
bowl, toss the minced meat back into the bowl with a little force. Repeat the procedure 5-6 times.
4. Form the minced meat into nuggets - such small cutlets. I make them rectangular, but you can also make them round. The main thing is not to make them too big or too small.
5. Take three containers. One will contain slightly beaten eggs, the second will contain flour, and the third will contain bread crumbs. Dip the nuggets in flour first.
6. Then gently dip the nuggets into the beaten egg. The main thing is to do this quickly so that our cutlets do not disintegrate.
7. And then roll the nuggets in breadcrumbs.
8. Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment and place in an oven preheated to 360â (180â) for 20 minutes.
9. For the cranberry sauce, defrost the cranberries beforehand, place in a saucepan and beat with a blender.
10. Then add sugar, cinnamon stick and simmer for 15 minutes.
11. Remove the cranberries from heat, remove the cinnamon stick, add honey and stir. Serve the nuggets with cranberry sauce.
